Payment Methods
The Company accepts the following payment methods:

Online payment by credit/debit card via Viva (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) — for the booking deposit

Cash or card at the store — for payment of the remaining balance upon arrival
Payment Security
All online payments are processed through Viva’s secure payment platform, which uses 256-bit SSL encryption and complies with PCI DSS Level 1 standards.
The Company does not store or process card details.
Deposit
The deposit amount is automatically calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before payment completion. The deposit is deducted from the total rental price and the remaining balance is payable upon arrival.
Pricing & VAT
All prices displayed on the website include VAT. The applicable VAT rate (24%) is clearly shown during checkout.
Refunds
Refunds are processed in accordance with the Booking & Cancellation Policy. Any approved refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original transaction within 5–10 business days.
