BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Booking Procedure

Boat reservations are made through our website. A booking is considered valid only upon successful payment of the deposit and receipt of a confirmation email from the Company.

2. Deposit

At the time of booking, the customer is required to pay a deposit via secure online card payment (Stripe). The deposit amount is clearly displayed during the checkout process.

The remaining balance is payable upon arrival at our premises, either in cash or by card.

3. Customer Cancellation

In case of cancellation, the following terms apply:

  • Up to 5 days before the scheduled start time: 100% refund of the deposit

  • Less than 5 days before the start time: The deposit is non-refundable

Cancellations can be made via the customer’s account under “My Bookings” or by email at info@coast2coast.gr.

4. Weather-Related Cancellation

If navigation is deemed unsafe due to adverse weather conditions (as determined by the Company and/or competent authorities), the customer is entitled to:

  • A full refund of the deposit, or

  • Rescheduling to another available date within the same season

5. No-Show

In the event of a no-show without prior notice, the deposit is non-refundable and the booking is automatically cancelled.

6. Booking Modification

Customers may request a change of date or time at no additional cost, subject to availability, provided the request is submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking time.

Each booking is entitled to one (1) free modification.

7. Customer Arrival

Customers must arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled booking time. In case of delay, the Company reserves the right to shorten the rental duration accordingly, without any refund.

8. Early Return

In the event of early return of the vessel by the customer, no refund shall be provided.

9. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be held liable for cancellations due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or technical issues.

In such cases, the Company may, at its discretion, offer rescheduling or a refund.

10. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.
